1. Definitions

• "Deposit" refers to funds transferred by the user into their s80apk account balance via any accepted payment method.

2. Eligibility

To create an account and use the s80apk platform, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. s80apk strictly enforces this requirement through mandatory KYC identity verification. Any account found to belong to a user under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, all wagers voided and any remaining balance returned after deduction of any applicable processing fees.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

The s80apk platform is designed for players residing in Indonesia. While we accept registrations from Indonesian nationals and residents across all provinces, you are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the platform complies with the laws of your local jurisdiction. Online gambling is legally restricted in Indonesia; by registering, you acknowledge this restriction and accept full legal responsibility for your decision to use an internationally licensed gaming site.

2.3 Legal Capacity

You confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction. You are not acting under duress, undue influence or diminished mental capacity when creating an account or placing wagers on s80apk.

2.4 Single Account Rule

Each individual is permitted to hold only one account on the s80apk platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether to exploit bonuses, circumvent limits or for any other reason — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all accounts, forfeiture of bonus balances and potential forfeiture of winnings derived from duplicate-account activity.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Registration Process

To register an account on s80apk, you must provide accurate, complete and current information including your full legal name as it appears on your Indonesian national identity card (KTP), date of birth, residential address, valid email address and active mobile phone number. Providing false, misleading or incomplete information is grounds for immediate account termination.

3.2 KYC Verification

s80apk is required by international gaming regulations to verify the identity of all account holders. Within 72 hours of registration, you must upload clear copies of the following documents:

• A valid Indonesian national identity card (KTP — Kartu Tanda Penduduk) showing your full name, date of birth and photograph.

• A selfie photograph of you holding your identity document next to your face.

Accounts that do not complete KYC verification within 72 hours will be restricted from making withdrawals until verification is completed. s80apk reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time if we have reason to suspect fraudulent activity, identity theft or regulatory non-compliance.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials (username and password). Any activity conducted using your account credentials — whether authorised by you or not — is your legal responsibility. s80apk strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS or authenticator app to secure your account. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify s80apk support immediately via live chat or email at [email protected].

3.4 Account Closure

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining account balance (excluding unreleased bonus funds) will be returned to your verified withdrawal method. Accounts closed voluntarily may not be reopened for a minimum period of seven days. If you wish to self-exclude for responsible gaming reasons, please refer to Section 7 below.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

s80apk accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment channels:

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits are typically credited to your s80apk account balance instantly. In rare cases where network delays occur, deposits may take up to 15 minutes to reflect. If a deposit does not appear within 30 minutes, contact customer support with your transaction reference number.

4.3 Withdrawal Eligibility

To request a withdrawal, your account must have completed KYC verification and the withdrawal method (bank account or e-wallet) must be registered in your own name matching your verified identity documents. s80apk does not permit third-party withdrawals under any circumstances.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing Time

s80apk processes the majority of withdrawals within the following timeframes:

• BCA and BRI: 5–30 minutes during standard hours; up to 60 minutes during peak traffic (19.00–22.00 WIB).
• BNI and Mandiri: 15–60 minutes.
• Other bank transfers: 1–3 hours.
• E-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay): 5–15 minutes.

All withdrawal requests are subject to internal security review. s80apk reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on large withdrawals (above Rp 10.000.000) or where suspicious activity is detected. Withdrawals requested outside of standard Indonesian banking hours may experience delays.

4.5 Withdrawal Limits

Standard daily withdrawal limit is Rp 50.000.000 per 24-hour period. Higher limits may be available for VIP members. Contact support for details on limit increases.

4.6 Withdrawal Fees

s80apk does not charge fees on standard bank transfer withdrawals. E-wallet withdrawals below Rp 100.000 may incur a small processing fee as indicated at the time of withdrawal request. Your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own fees; these are beyond s80apk's control.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses and promotional offers are available to eligible s80apk members at the operator's discretion. Eligibility criteria, minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements and validity periods are clearly stated in the terms of each specific promotion. Only one bonus may be active per account at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. Typical wagering requirements range from 10x to 40x the bonus amount, depending on the promotion. For example, a Rp 100.000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement must be wagered a total of Rp 2.000.000 before the bonus balance converts to withdrawable cash. Wagering requirements must be met within the stated validity period or the bonus and any associated winnings will expire.

5.3 Game Contribution Rates

Different game types contribute to wagering requirements at different rates:

• Slots: 100% contribution (Rp 1.000 wagered = Rp 1.000 toward requirement).
• Live Casino (Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack): 10–20% contribution depending on the game.
• Sports Betting: 100% contribution on single bets with odds of 1.75 or higher; 50% contribution on lower odds.
• Togel: 50% contribution.

5.4 Bonus Abuse

s80apk reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel bets and suspend accounts where bonus abuse is detected. Examples of bonus abuse include but are not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus repeatedly, exploiting technical errors or glitches, placing opposite bets to guarantee wagering progress (e.g., betting red and black simultaneously in roulette), and colluding with other players to meet wagering requirements artificially.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on the s80apk platform are final once confirmed. You are responsible for reviewing your bet slip before submission. s80apk does not accept responsibility for user error in bet placement, including incorrect stake amounts, wrong selections or misunderstood odds.

6.2 Sports Betting

Sports betting odds are subject to change up until the moment the bet is confirmed. In-play (live) odds update in real time based on match events. In the event of a match postponement, cancellation or abandonment, bets will be settled according to the official result as determined by the governing sports body. If no official result is declared, bets will be voided and stakes returned. Bandar bola (football bookmaking) markets include standard 1X2, Asian handicap, over/under, mix parlay (accumulator) and speciality markets such as first goalscorer and correct score.

6.3 Live Casino

Live casino games are streamed from certified studios operated by Evolution Gaming, Ezugi and other licensed providers. All games use certified random number generation or physical equipment (cards, wheels, dice) audited for fairness. In the rare event of a technical disconnection during a live game round, the round will be completed by the dealer and your bet settled according to the actual outcome. If a round is voided due to dealer error or technical fault, your stake will be returned in full.

6.4 Togel Lottery

s80apk offers togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) markets including Togel Singapore (SGP), Togel Hong Kong (HK), Togel Sydney (SDY) and Togel Macau. Results are determined by the official draw of the respective international lottery pool and announced at the scheduled time (displayed in WIB timezone). s80apk has no control over draw outcomes and does not manipulate results. All togel bets are final once the draw has commenced.

6.5 Voided Bets

s80apk reserves the right to void bets in the following circumstances: obvious pricing errors (e.g., odds displayed as 100.00 when the correct odds were 1.10), technical glitches that result in acceptance of bets after an event has concluded, bets placed by players in breach of these Terms, and bets placed on matches subject to credible match-fixing allegations under investigation by the sport's governing body.

7. Responsible Gaming

s80apk is committed to promoting responsible gaming and preventing gambling-related harm. We provide a range of tools to help you stay in control:

7.1 Deposit Limits

You may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits from your account settings. Once set, limits take effect immediately and cannot be increased for 24 hours. Limit decreases take effect instantly.

7.2 Session Time-Outs

You may configure automatic session time-outs that will log you out of the platform after a specified period of continuous activity (30 minutes, 1 hour, 2 hours or custom). A warning will appear 5 minutes before the session ends.

7.3 Self-Exclusion

If you believe gambling is becoming a problem, you may request voluntary self-exclusion for a period of 7 days, 1 month, 6 months, 1 year or permanently. During a self-exclusion period, you will not be able to log in, deposit or place bets. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed before the chosen period expires. 9. Account Suspension and Termination

s80apk reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account in the following circumstances:

• The account holder is found to be under 21 years of age.
• Multiple accounts are detected belonging to the same individual.
• Fraudulent activity is suspected, including use of stolen payment methods, bonus abuse or collusion.
• The account holder has provided false information during registration or KYC verification.
• The account holder engages in abusive, threatening or disruptive behaviour toward s80apk staff or other players.
• The account holder is found to be residing in a jurisdiction where use of the platform is prohibited by local law.

In the event of suspension, s80apk will investigate the matter. If the suspension is upheld, any remaining account balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned after deduction of any amounts owed to s80apk. If fraudulent activity is confirmed, s80apk reserves the right to withhold funds and report the matter to relevant authorities.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which s80apk holds its international gaming licence. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall first be addressed through s80apk's internal complaints process. If a dispute cannot be resolved internally, it may be referred to an independent alternative dispute resolution (ADR) service as specified on our website. Legal proceedings, if necessary, will be conducted in the courts of the licensing jurisdiction.
